Start a return

Have your order number and checkout email ready. If the item is damaged, include a clear photo so we can resolve it faster.

1. Sign in and open the relevant order, or contact support by email.
2. Tell us which item you are returning and why.
3. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
4. Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Return eligibility

A return request must be made within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Products should be returned with all pieces and packaging that arrived with them.

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an eligible return or exchange. Opened mystery boxes and sets cannot be returned because of a change of mind or a preferred design. Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders remain eligible for a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Return Policy; your statutory rights are unaffected.
• Items damaged through misuse, chewing, cutting, heat, or harsh chemicals are not covered.
• Shipping charges are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Return shipping costs

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Email support as soon as possible with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the parcel and product. We will review the issue and offer the appropriate replacement or refund.

Refund timing

We issue approved refunds to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, the time it takes to appear is controlled by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
