Processing and delivery estimates

Orders normally process in 1–2 business days. Worldwide delivery is estimated at 8–14 business days from the order date, including processing. Tracking is included. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Transit follows processing and is included in the total estimate. Customs checks, weather, public-health restrictions and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Shipping method

Orders are dispatched as tracked international parcels through our cross-border logistics partner (YunExpress), then handed to the destination country's postal service or a local courier for final delivery.

All orders ship with a trackable number. Delivery times may be extended by customs inspection or carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping is $9.99 per order worldwide. Shipping is FREE when the discounted merchandise total is $49 or more. squeezy+ members can also have that fee waived on 2 eligible orders every month.

Tracking your parcel

We email a tracking number after dispatch. Tracking can take a short time to show its first carrier scan. You can also use our order tracking page with your order number and checkout email.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges required by the destination country. Customs processing is outside our control and may extend delivery time.

Address changes and delivery problems

Contact support immediately if an address is wrong. We can make changes only before packing. For a parcel marked delivered but not received, check the delivery location and contact the carrier before asking us to investigate.
