Yes. Worldwide shipping is $9.99 per order, or free when your discounted merchandise total reaches $49. International customers are responsible for any destination duties, taxes or import charges.

We email your tracking number after dispatch. You can also use your order number and checkout email on the Track Your Order page. The first carrier scan may take a little time to appear.

Recovery differs by design and material. We do not have a measured recovery time for every item. If yours changes unexpectedly or appears damaged, send support the product name and a short video.

Contact support with your order number and clear photos. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Damage caused by misuse, chewing, cutting, heat or harsh chemicals is excluded under our Refund Policy.

Customers pay return shipping for returns they initiate, except when items arrived damaged or incorrect. Read the Refund Policy before sending anything back.
