Using this website

You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and account activity. Do not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content at scale, or use the site to commit fraud.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or other reasonable operational issues.

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
• Applicable tax and shipping charges are shown before payment.
• Bank transfer orders are held for 5 days. They ship once the transfer arrives and are released automatically if it does not. Bank transfer payments are received by our parent company, Chizhou Radius Star Trading Co., Ltd.
• You are responsible for supplying accurate contact and delivery details.

Products and safe use

Product colors and appearance can vary slightly by screen and by production batch. Squishies are intended as hand-held squeeze and fidget toys for ages 3 and up; they are not suitable for children under 3. They are not food and not chew toys. Stop using an item if it becomes damaged.

Returns, warranties, and availability

Returns and replacements are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Stock, product details, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

Accounts and intellectual property

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. The Squeezy name, site design, photographs, copy, graphics, and other original material may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Squeezy is not responsible for indirect losses or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here.
