Where to find squishies online: four places to start

Eight checks for online squishy shops

Find the shipping and refund pages, identify the seller if you are on a marketplace, and answer these questions:
- Where will the parcel ship from, and which delivery route is described? If the dispatch country matters to you and is not stated, ask before paying.
- When does the delivery estimate start, and does it include processing? Separate a promised dispatch date from an estimated arrival date. Check whether the figures use business days and whether holidays are excluded.
- Is tracking included? Find out when the tracking number is sent and where you can look it up.
- When does the return request window start? Check both the time limit and whether it begins at purchase, dispatch or delivery.
- Who pays return postage, and is the original shipping charge refundable? These are two separate costs. Read both conditions.
- Which returns are excluded? Check the terms for an opened mystery box, a set or any item with a stated exception. Keep the difference between an unwanted design and an order that arrived wrong.
- What is the total cost? Include the shipping charge, check how any free-shipping threshold is calculated, and find out who is responsible for applicable import charges.
- How do you contact support, and which terms apply to this order? Save the policy version and confirmation email. A date on a policy helps you record that version; it does not prove how well the seller handles problems.

Three decisions follow from those terms.

Adding the standard $9.99 shipping charge gives $45.98 before any discounts, taxes or import charges. The shipping fee does not turn that purchase into a $49 merchandise subtotal. Compare the total with another option before adding items just to reach free shipping.
When a squishy website leaves an answer open
A vague answer is a reason to ask a specific question. For example: “Does your delivery estimate include the time before dispatch?” or “For this opened set, is an unwanted design eligible for a return?” Save the reply with your order records.
If two pages disagree about the return window, ask which terms apply to the item you want. If the seller only says “fast shipping,” ask for an estimated range to your destination and its starting point. If an important answer remains unclear, decide whether you are willing to order with that uncertainty.
Keep the listing, the return terms and the shipping promise that applied when you paid, along with the order confirmation and subsequent messages. That makes it easier to explain a mismatch later.
